SOAR Scholarship Contest is organized by WQAD and the Contest is open for the legal residents of the United States and for those who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry period. The SOAR Scholarship Contest began on 1st February, 2019 at 9:00 AM Central Time and ends on 15th April, 2019 at 11:59 PM Central Time. The Prize for the winner of the Contest is a $5,000 scholarship in the form of a $5,000 check.
